How does EMS work?

EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) works by sending electrical pulses to the muscles through electrodes placed on the skin. The pulses cause muscles to contract, helping to improve muscle strength, tone and endurance. The pulses are generated by an EMS training device, which is worn on the body and connected to electrodes. The intensity and frequency of pulses can be adjusted to target different muscle groups and achieve specific training goals.

How many electrodes does the Bodytech have and in which areas of the body are they located?
There are 20 electrodes, which are arranged in pairs on the arm, chest, upper back, lower back, waist, abdomen, buttocks, and legs.

Why can the feeling of impulses vary different between electrode pairs?
Because the degree of muscle development under each electrode may be different.
What languages does the system support?
English is the default language. More than 15 languages available.

How long does it take for EMS training to be effective?
Our clients report feeling improved posture after just a few workouts, with significant gains in strength after four to six weeks.

How long will it take for me to receive the goods?

Can EMS equipment be used for rehabilitation?
Sure. EMS equipment was originally used for physical therapy. EMS training can strengthen the muscle strength of specific parts according to the injury situation.

The care of EMS training suit is simple and convenient. It requires 4 basic actions: disinfecting, deodorizing, drying, and washing:
Disinfection: Following each use, it is recommended to spray suits with an antibacterial product. It is necessary to let it take effect for the time outlined by the manufacturer (normally 10 minutes) and then rinse.
Deodorising: Following this, spray with an anti-odour product with or without a fragrance. Normally it isn’t necessary to rinse, even so, we recommend that you follow the instructions of the product manufacturer.
Drying: The electro-stimulation suit should be hung on the hangers provided for that purpose in the drying area. A drying system can be used to speed up the process. In this case, avoid the heat source coming into contact with or being very close to the EMS suit.
Washing: It is recommended to wash the electro-stimulation suit every 5-10 days of frequent use. In the case of stains or odors, the EMS suit can be soaked in a soapy solution that is not very concentrated. Detergents and aggressive products should not be used to clean it. We also recommend soaking the electrostimulation suit in cold water to extract the mineral salts that accumulate in the fabric after training (It is recommended to eliminate the accumulation of salts once every two weeks).
